I applied for the passport on 31 july 2019 at passport office shahibabad, ghaziabad. The file number is gz[[protected]].

My application is pending for verification at the end of kavi nagar police station ghaziabad. The status at the site of passport office is "police verification pending by your respective thana, or if delay please contact sp office district ghaziabad."

I had applied for my passport. Police verification is done by nigdi police station promptly and sent report to commissioner office for review.

From commissioner office pune status is not changing for last 18 days.

I don't understand for review why reports are held for long time. Even after passport system is now online and fast. Sir please help...

I have received passport under Tatkal scheme. I have failed to submit Residence proof to the passport verification officer as I did not take the xerox copy of that document, instead i have submitted VIP letter issued by IFS officer. I had applied my passport on 30-oct-2007 and file number is A029600.Earlier the status was displaying Police verification is incompleted.I went to SP office, they told me already we have sent your document to the Police station and then I went to police station, they are telling we have not recieved your document for verification. Dear sir , It is to inform you that the Mr. Ram Nath Sub Inspector police official from CID Office Mayapuri west delhi office did not made any enquary for my sons Passport and send the wrong report stating that the person was not found at home . He did not speak to me or my wife personaly or over phone.
This highly incorrect on the part of Mr. Ram Nath. He had put us in great inconveyance for the reasons best known to him.
