I am ordered refurbished toshiba smart tv and payment by payu money rs 2823 since 6 aug 2022 whose order no 46270.But no any confirmation msg found no any delivery found.please resolve my problem or refund money...

After watching advertisement of www.crazylady.in on OLX paid ads about refurbished mobiles, I did a transaction of rupees 2899 Rs through payu payment gateway on date[protected]:40:51 through www.crazylady.in however i found out this ecommerce website is fake as i neither received any product or any order confirmation mail or even no information of product dispatch . Even the contact mobile number mentioned on the website is constantly...

I got a call from[protected] on 06/06/2022 at 2:43pm. The person on the other side spoke to me like a bank employee, he provided all my details including the credit card number. He told me to provide OTP so that he will increase "credit limit" of the card. I gave him the OTP. All of a sudden 1L transaction has happened....
