Hello My father is using Hearing aid devices from Phonak, the devices are under warranty one day when he kept in charging case, the devices got burnt with image attached. When we complaint to device company they are claiming they are using heating device so it happened, so its not covered under warranty. Which ultimately charging around 11000 for repair....
