I am rashmi gupta. I joined icici bank home finance 11th september 2011 at mehsana, gujarat branch on pay roll of planman consulting. I leave that job on 30th april 2014 and process all reveling process. I send pf form with documents in april 2015. They found some quires and send back that form within two months. I re-sand complete form with documents on 6th august 2016. Since last six months i following up for status and no one...

I have workd with ICICI prudential LIC ltd pune-411037on contract basis of planman consulting services,delhi. Since june-2009 to aug-2010. I submitted my pf withdrawal form to planman consulting dehi,in D month of september-2011.After calling several times they DID not answer to my calls ,even I dont get proper feedback from them .It takes 10 months.Also till date my pf form not submitted...

This is with regard to the cheating done by planman. I had attended an interview with JPMC in mumbai on April 15 - 2010. The interview was scheduled by Planman consulting. The agent Akankasha with Planman had agreed that the expenses to travel from bangalore to mumbai and back and other expenses incurred from my side for the interview would be reimbursed with in 15 days of the interview. I was assured that the reimbursement would be done...

My PF account No is DL[protected]. My refund claim is submitted in the month of December08.
still amount is not tranferred to my account. Kindly look into the matter...
