Deposited money but still not added and money has has been debited from account

I deposited 35000 on 28th dec money has been debited from account bt it has been not added into my wallet or revesed back into account and they are not giving any proper response also, kindly please take a strict action against them and banned such types of frauds site...

Payment debited not refected in merchant

Amount debited in my account through Paytm by your company gateway but not credited to merchant site. Please check transaction of 150 int and refund....
