Hi, my self rajkumar maity, i did pnb metlife guaranteed income plan, policy no is 21938406 on july 02, 2016. I am totally unsatisfied with their service. The reasons are.

1. They did not send me any bond policy paper, i requested pnb customer care to send me my policy paper but still, after 2 years they did not send me any paper. I was not worrying too much because i have e policy documents. But after my several requests,...

I complaints so many to pnb met life insurance company that the mention phone number on my policy details is not correct even so many times i put them mail and i forward the hard copy of documents also but still now my phone number is not changed.
When i take the policy the agent promise to provide the gold coin about 2 years spent until now we didn't receive it.
