On 28/11/2023 I had placed an order for Garnier Body Lotion through company web site, and made a payment of Rs: 320/- via online transaction.
The order was not sucessful due to some technical problem, but the payment was done sucessfully. I didnot received any order confirmation or product. Now I want my amount refund as early as possible.

I have ordered a product and pay through online payment app two days ago but that website still showing that not order has been made yet i need my full return...

Ye website fraud hai payment already daal Diya hai naa customer care me call lag raha he or naa hi WhatsApp pe ans de rhe hai 490₹ ka mera payment hai isne fraud karke keliya hai pls help me recover my money.
