They keep marking it as resolved and not sending shipment...

I took packers and Courier service from porter.in on 10th of jan 2023 and it was got shipped by 12th of jan that was okay no issues but Now porter is not responding where my product is exactly also today is 18th still product is not get delivered.

I called them again and again but they are just like they are not concern about our product.

Please i want to deliver that product as soon as possible already its...
