I feel being cheated because even after repeated requests i am not getting my money/credit Note refunded and satisfactory response from this company, Prithvee Propmart, Such an unprofessional attitude from an ISO grade company, where employees do not have a courtesy to respond calls from their...

Hi,
I had booked an apartment in Lotus Zing by 3C group in oct, 2010. The real estate agent was Prithvee Real Estate Services in Noida. They had promised a 2.75 % discount and had provided me with a credit note for the same.
The condition for payment were - I had to pay 40% of my share of the payments. Which i have paid on february 2011. I contacted them in March 2012 and since then i have called them hundreds...
