I placed an order on Jan 8 for a product that hasn't been delivered and I paid online to buy a company product....

I ordered jacket from this site n there was no option for cash on delivery so I did payment. I got my order ID and all but yet not receive my parcel. It's been more then 3 yrs I was waiting. Also if I go again to the site for complaint that site is not opening....

I've ordered a jacket of rs. 389 on 6/02/2022 and payment was done on the same day via debit card. I still haven't received my order yet and the gmail address they provide is totally fake and so is this website. It must be banned as its committing fraud countless times....

I ordered a jacket of Rs 349 in prock.in and paid through razorpay after that it asked for order to track my order but they have not sent any order id and we cannot contact them anywhere no. contact no. and we cannot send feedback nothing now no response from the site...

Online shoping but there is no reply...

I had ordered a sweater of Rs 359. at 12/02/2022 and payment is also taken, but when I tried to to email on their customer care Id, it is showing me that it doesn't exist. And thus no communication is possible....
