I have mail server problem from last 2years to resolve this I also paid Rs. 1717 to Quick2host team, but my problem as it is. & there is no one picking up the phone n so many ticket generated to resolve this but no reaction from Quick2host team....

I have been trying to transfer my domain out of quick2host.com for about two weeks.

Quick2host.com is not responding to my emails and phone calls on this matter.

I have raised several trouble tickets and they are closing it without providing me with the auth code and related information.

They are not responding to my several whatsapp messages even after reading them!!

We were hosting our website with qiuck2host.com. Their services is the worst possible. There is no reason given ever. When we call to complaint no one picks up the phone and their responses never help. Now, we want to shift our domain to some other service provider and they are not giving us proper our auth code to do the needful. We are suffering huge losses in our business because of the same. Till now, they have given 2 authorization code...

I transfer the domain from bigrocks to Quick2host on April 2016 (I bought a sharehosting plan).
From the starting I am unable to use my mail. Everytime tech person from Quick2host says IP blcoked, because the other customer (of Quick2services) who sent mass mail, thats why IP blocked.
But why should my domain effect. And ok due some problem they cant fix the issue for 1 day or 2day,...

I had placed a request for renewal of my domain maitpune.com, on request quick2host immediately generated an Invoice No. 17179 on 8th of March and I made the Payment immediately through my debit card, quick2host.com did not renew my domain and now not receiving my calls and also not answering my mails since 8th of March 2014. I bought a web hosting service from quick2host for 3 years but they shutdown my website after exactly 1 year. I had paid for 3 years.
The 1 yr I suffered with them was more than enough an then on top of it they shutdown my website without any notification.
Upon calling them they dont pick up the calls, no revert on the email absolutely pathetic service.
