I paid rs 3800 for RTO NOC in 27/09/2019 and iliyas pasha (bloody muslim fraud) took my original documents. It's 2022 june, day 06, completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka Prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it. I Am going to Lodge a police complaint...

I have booked RTO Services by paying rs 99 and after that I got a call asking for Rs 3400 more to proceed . WHen I objected to it they said that it is a policy . When I said that where in the website it is mentioned they did not have any answer. They are not refunding my initial booking amount. I have written to their senior management and have yet to hear from them....
