Raghu Engineering college is collecting fees from students which is not said before joining the college. Actually the students has right to pay the fees during any time of that academic year, but Raghu asks the students to pay the fee before the academic year, college starts at 13 June but the college asks to pay fees before 10 June, if you can't pay the fees on or before the 10 June, the student has to pay the fine. And the college wantedly...
