It is to inform that I ordered dry fruits of amounted Rs. 598/- on dated 19.08.2021 but till now I neither received my order nor received any update about refund. The screenshot of email regarding order successfully confirmed is attached herewith.
And after checking review it is found that it was a fake site and we all made fool by them. That's why I also want to lodge my complaint here about this online site so that...

We Have Purchased '48V Lithium Electric Bike Mountain Folding Ebike Electric Fat Tire Bike' Worth 3999/- From Raphastore.In (Order Number #1359) On 12 Aug, 2021 But The Item Was Not Delivered And Even Customer Care Did Not Respond On It.
We Request You To Kindly Look Into The Matter And Resolve It....

I have ordered a pair of shoes on 17th August 2021 and paid them by phone pay account.Now I try to reach to website it is not there.they cheated me....

Neither their website is working now.They are making fool us and giving very lucrative offer ....

I have placed an order worth 499. I have already paid the money online and now these guys are not doing the delivery bloody thieves....

I have booked online dryfruits for Rs. 895.I got email and SMS confirmation also for the booked order.But after waiting for one week also...I didn't received the status of order like its dispatched or not. Then I realized that its fraud company and needs to complaint about the company to police.
No body should buy anything from this online wesite. Its only Fraud company......

The online shopping website called "raphastore.in" selling products' at 90% discount as clearance sale. in that website i purchased kids toys and nuts for about Rs.2093

Now, till date no update from their side, the customer care numbers not reachable, mails sent to them are ended up with no response. Because of this incident i am menially upset as i have been cheated by these fraudsters.

Fraud fraud fraud people are who want to be in scam they are invite to this website..they are professional frauderss.

Ordered a toy tricycle and amount paid through phonepay. But later I called this customer care number [protected] and after talking with customer care they told me that my order is out of stock and so I have to book again.
Customer care person told me he is refunding my amount of Rs 313.95
and asked me to forward one msg he sent to my number. And shared one link in msg and asked to click and fill details to get refund.
