I have a rci membership (Id :[protected]. I called them for a resort booking in north goa from 23rd december, 2017 for 1 weak. 1st the telecaller told me that at that time there is no property which is giving rooms to rci because it is a pick up time. We were cheated by this company and the RCI and have hence filed a complaint (complaint No. 579/2009) in the Consumer Courts, Sheikh Serai. The case is sub-judice.The summary of my complaints is below:

you to release my account my salary amount is on hold. i personally several time visited to the card payment department and requested them to settle. in the month of aug-09 my account was settled for 15000/- but settlement letter was not given to me. now i am suffering ...since august i have Rs 6200/- [approx] but for no use.

can anyone help me in this regard...
