Regional Passport Office Koramangala Bangalore Complaints & Reviews

I have applied for passport and my passport application number is BN55W[protected] in my name MANJUNATH UDAYA BARVE. I was asked to submitt my original birth certificate and I have sent this certificate by registered acknowledgement due post.I have received the acknowledgement from RPO Koramangala Bangalore.Even after lapse nearly one month after sending the original birth certificate by registered post I have not received my passport although...

I have complaint regarding the enquiry process in RPO Bangalore.
The enquiry numbers provded by RPO are either malfunctioning or always busy. I had tried for hours but in vain.

Just for minor enquiry, one has to spend whole day in queue that too in Scorching Sun.
I would request the authorities to look into this and provide more enquiry counters for fast process....
