I am having reliance prepaid card bearing number [protected]. I have received sms as under '' Dear customer, continue to enjoy the coller tunes service subscription charges for Rs. 30 for 30 days will be renewed with in next 30 days within next 3 days. For more tune dial 5123567 at 20 paisa per min. To cancel sms UNSUB 1003 TO155223 (TOLL FREE). I DO HAVE TRIED TO UNSUBSCRIBED BUT SMS HAVE NOT BEEN ACCEPTED. i HAD NEVER ASKED FOR COLLER TUNES....

Dear Sir yestraday i have loss so much balance i ask to custmer care why are u diducation my lot of balance compny noy answer to me i try another 5 times but not connect so please i want to why my balance diducation and same problem my another numbers

i did complain against my problem to customer care that i recharged 77 rs tariff voucher but its not working properly ..

it has more than 48 hr.. but i did nt get any sms regarding my problem and they also charged high call rate even i use tariff and did not refund my money..

i got four( 1 landline and 3 mobile) number from reliance (CUG) from the day one iam having problem still not resolved. first it started with land line i did not get proper signal when i check with customer service they said its because of signal clash, so they asked me to change my 8 digit number to 10 digit after 2months number got changed but still iam facing problem.

I have problem with mobile numbers...

I am from Imphal,regarding a complaint about reliance network.
I have been using the reliance no- [protected] for the past six months.
But nowadays,for more than two weeks i cant make outgoing calls from my mobile.
Every time it shows 'Unable to Connect' message.I have tried to change the networking options to manual and automatic,but all in vain.
And the CRBT service is active on...

We are using the reliance smart SIM:[protected] for the last 3 years.Recently for the last 15+ days we facing a problem with the audio quality i.e audio is not clear and not understandable in the other side(happening with all handsets).

We complained to the customer care for serval times but I think reliance customer care is the wrost service provider I have seen and it is of no use.

I have Reliance Mobile#[protected], and i changed my mobile from Post Paid to PrePaid in April 2010.
There is 2000/- deposit for my Post Paid Connection
When I change my mobile to PrePaid Connection, WebWorld officer tell me that deposit will refund to your home within 90days after deduct my last satellement bill and refund amt is almost 1500/-

but now after complete almost 180 days, noone reply for...
