I, Santanu Dutta Roy, an employee of Reliance SMSL Limited, Jhargram Branch, have joined as a 'Customer Service Associate', employee no. 60744569, to the organization on dated 18th April, 2022 and have been continuing to work till date. Now I am facing a huge issue since the Branch Manager is forcing me to resign all of a sudden and I have no clue why. At the same time, he asked me to resign or he will send me somewhere far from my hometown for training purpose. Even, he did not entry my attendance from the day before today. Kindly take some action to resolve my issue since I extremely need this job. I will be grateful to you.

My job role was home sales officer JC 23 .My employee number was 67625787. I Was working in our company from 02/08/2021 to 01/09/2021.

I have done work one month with organization and completed full and final formalities. I have not received any payment/salary of my completed job. I am visiting in reliance company from last 6 month but still I not received my salary. I gave remainder to HR but he not give any response to me that's why i am sending this email to you for your kind information
Please solve my problem as soon as possible. My humble request to you.

The service provider took a payment of 1500 as security deposit for 5G router installation for jio fibre connection. Now his phone is switched off, unable to get in contact with him. As shown in the ID card his name is pintu Kumar shah and EC no 67574162

Prepared (JIO) Joining date July 18/07/2020 and end date 06/03/2021.Upto now salary is no credited.Experience letter and revealing not provided Till now.My Manager name Baji moulana, HR name is Shaik Shabana and TL name is Venkata Sivaramireddy Byreddy.Manager, HR and TL saying I won't give any thing do want you can do.Total management is I won't give salary and experience letter .My TL is very rude behaviour with me and he will enter into my personal matters .I given to HR department they aslo scoldings me only. Those left Reliance SMSL limited upto now no salary and no experience letter .Please resolve as soon as possible .Take action on manager HR and TL they torching the employees treating as a slaves.
