I have applied for the online PF transfer and it has been already approved by the current employer and pending for the previous employer (Rolta India Ltd). Its more than 2 months and there is no action on same. please approved the transfer form and do the needful....

My daily commuting route is from malwani to powai, and for that i take BUS no. 459 (which i understand, according to BEST website, is actually 459Ltd). The pain starts at the journey break iteself, as the normal expected frequency of buses from malwani is 10-15 minutes, but sometimes i and atleast 70-75 other citizen have to take sunbath(infact sunburn at noisy...

Interim Dividend for the year[protected] was declared by the company on 24/07/2008 @ 30%. I held 500 equity shares of Rolta India Ltd. I did not receive dividend and intimated and reminded the matter repeatedly via E-mail on the E-mail address [protected]@rolta.com of the company as provided in BSE website. But, till now I am not in receipt of any reply from the company....
