I Amar Patil had booked a plot with ROOPAM INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD, in september 2009. I paid a total sum of money with installment basis . now they say that the land is acquired under midc so you will not get the possession instead you will have your money back. Now its almost 1 year i have cancelled my plot and still not received my money back. The builder Sunil Patil everytime give me cheques having no sufficient amount in the account....
