We pay our passenger tax in RTO jammu but they did fraud and after collecting 2000 rs per year… they only submit 300 Rs and update the same in the database and gave us the receipt of 2000 with proper stump and signature(i have the receipt) but now we have to pay that amount again … This happened with almost everyone (mini buses and Buses) . Sir maine 14/10 /2020 ko driving test diya tha jisme maine dono test 1st attempt mein pass kar liye magar mere driving test ka result update nhi ho raha jab b check kar raha hun bs pending show kar raha hain aur sirf record test of driving test a raha hai . Mere sath jinhone diya tha unka adhe se yada ka apporoval of dl a gaya hai mgr bs record test a raha hai
