my name is rajesh kumar.i was seeking admission in sailors maritime academy,vishakapatanam..Butt due to some circumstances i was not able to take admission over their .i had submitted a draft of rs. 15000/ in the academy through Rajrachana shipping counseltancy,Goa.but now i am calling both of them but they are not responding to my complaint.ao please help me out of this as i am under great pressure from my parents.They are not giving money...
