Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a registered consumer of Bharat Gas
My consumer No. is 39890

Yesterday I am trying to plug my regulator on new gas cylinder but after so many efforts it’s not fitted on it so will personally visit to the Samidha gas agency and registered my compliant after this complaint they send a mechanic at my home. After his examination of regulator he conclude that its not a problem of regulator...

1-delay in delivery of cylinder and say the cylinder will be deliver at your home within two days but we wait for cylinder for many days according to rule the cylinder deliver in six to eight days but still now cylinder not reach at home the booking date is 0892010
not this date but also last delivery

2- and we have to go at the godown for bring the cylinder...

i am having bharat gas connection at gwalior Madhya pradesh. the dealer here having two telephone numbers
[protected] and[protected]. they are not sending gas in time but also doing blackmarkting. they also misbehave all there regular costumers . kindly let me know to whom to complaint immediately, and the telephone numbers to whom i contact
about the services, of bharat gas company.
even in their web there are not...
