I have booked a flat no. 2092 at Shivkala Charms, Greater Noida, promoted by Mahim Mittal and Asit Mital along with their associate Sandeep Gupta.
This is more than 5 years neither the project is handed over nor the builder is ready to refund the amount of Rs. 24 lacs that I have paid to them out of my hard earned money. This flat was financed from LIC and I have been paying the installment for the same.

I had booked a flat no. 2021 Tower 2, Shivkala charms ,plot no -07,sector-pi-ii,greater noida (up)under golf course sahakari awas samiti ltd. in Jan 2008 and promised the possession by April 2008. I paid them my hard earned moneny 36 lakh. I have taken loan from LIC HFL, and they are also not supporting.The shrewd owner of that company Mr.Mahim Mittal & Mr Asit Mittal at Noida been befooling me till date.br...
