I recently purchased a shoes from itsshoesup.in and the shoes i ordered was different and the shoes i got were different and when i tried to contact their email id i was not able to contact them ... I want my money back or the exact shoes which i ordered ......

Hi my name is nishtha, i ordered shoes for my husband order ID-3414, he has given diff shoes and 3rd grade quality, it not just ends here, i was alone at home when he came to deliver and this guy who delivered my shoes started misbehaving, i wanted to open the box check and then give money, coz frauds happens, i was opening but this guy forcefully entered my home started abusing me bangs my door coz i was alone at home, action should be taken...
