I had purchased slim belt from shop TV at Rs. 998/- After receiving the product when used as shown on TV, however it does not work the way it was shown on TV or how it was told to me over the phone when I placed the order.

I wore it and did my housework and went for a walk, but I did not perspire at all. The quality of the finish of the product is also very poor as the stitches have already come off.

I had purchased a sansui mobile phone from shop direct tv. But when i received the product it was not have the mic only in it. So the other was unable to hear the voice on call.
Then when i talked to the cistomer care regarding the refund and replacements they directly said that we cannot refund or replace. I think this company should be banned from the market. And also a serious action should be taken against " shop direct...

I'm writing this mail with regard to receiving defective product of Revelle london make up kit (Cost Rs.999/-) in the month of July 2015. After that we returned the product and had asked for the refund. In Reply they send the cheque with the name of Bharti Kishore Singh which is not correct. Despite of Several reminders their response was not proper and was not on time.

It's been more than 5 months and still we have not received...
