I have order a watch for my guy & i paid 8k after that i cancelled it & they told they will refund amount i send mail also to mail i'd which they have shared but till i have not received any amount & not reply for mail whenever i'm contacting them they are abusing me please i want refund help me & i'm contacting them people are saying it's not a shopmoyo service instead if that someone home service disconnecting call if they are home service...

I have ordered 3 items on 7th oct, total amount deducted from my credit card. As per website the delivery should be with in 7 days, but till now i haven't received yet. I tried contact customer care number but no response, sending mails to [protected]@shopmoyo.com. But no response to any of my mails. They are fake it seems i ordered a watch worth of 4300 nd they are not even communicating plzz consider our problem and take action and don't give permission to fake sites like these they make fools of the people they are not even communicating worst service didn't suggest to any one infact put them in jail dirty minded people with cheap tricks #!!!...

On 15th of april 2017 l hv ordered two numbers sunglasses and paid rs 3040/- online and got a delivery confirmation of 4 to 5 business days.
