I had ordered a Kindle touch from this website and waited for more than a month where it should have taken 8-10 days as promised. At last i canceled my order[protected]Kindle touch). Because of the extra-ordinary delay in delivery i was no longer interested in this transaction.
I have been asking for a full repayment of the Rs.8832 at the earliest since Aug 10th bit to no avail. They have cheated me and supposedly several others...

Ordered a Kindle 6" from them on 4th June. It was a gift for my cousin who was getting married. 15th July and I haven't received it. What's worse is I do not get any replies from them. Last e-mail they answered was on 18th June when they said it will be shipped by 28th of June. Sent three e-mails after 28th and I got no replies. They will probably send it before the first anniversary but even that seems unlikely. Very bad experience....

I want to complaint about a Mumbai based online company called www.shopyourworld.com. I had bought some clothes 8 days ago. They charged my card & then site gives error. Then called their support on 61323232. They give evasive & vague answers. they dont even acknowledge the order, nor give any details about order. THIS IS A SCAM. Pl help. also warn others not to buy on this site.

I ordered goods worth 12400/- on this website and did an online credit card payment.I have not received my order as yet after more than two months. In this duration I have sent numerous mails. They don't pick the phone. They asked for two extension of delivery date, which I allowed,the last date of delivery committted to me was 28th March 2012. When I contacted customer service, I was told that it will be delivered by 28th Dec. After I contacted Customer service when the item was not delivered, I was told that the product will be delivered by 10th Jan. after one more missed delivery, I was given a date of 17th Jan, which moved to 24th Jan, which moved...

Shopyourworld.com is a FRAUD company which is using international brand names to corn people of their money.

I ordered products via them from Amazon in October2011, these were to be delivered with 10 to 12 business days. After chasing them for 3 weeks I requested them for a refund.

It is now almost 3 months since they have promise to refund and keep pushing every time by saying it is under process it will 2 days.br...

I purchased Invicta watch from Shopyourworld.com on and they promised to deliver by July 30th. Yesterday (Aug 5), I contacted their customer care and Alan from Customer Support conveyed me that there is delay from merchant side. This company is crap and just want to make the Indian fools. The watch that I have ordered is fulfilled by Amazon and ships in 1 Day (If ordered).

I wish to register a complaint regarding my order#TIN0322782US for Luvs Ultra Leakguards Diapers, Size 3, 234 Count for an amount of Rs. 3254.72 with this website -SHOPYOURWORLD.COM which I had placed on 16-Jun-2011. I got a call on the 18-Jun-2011 from the customer service saying that the item cannot be procured. On 20-Jun-2011 I gave them a call back asking to process a refund.

I did not get any confirmation...

If the fact that 04 out of my five purchases made through SYW were seriously bungled did not swear me off them. Blatant lying, continually reneging on promises and extremely POOR customer support has ensured that I would never dare to do business with these unprofessional people again. Intend dragging these people to consumer court in the coming week. People you have been warned. Documentary proof of misdemeanor if required can be provided...
