Subhkamna buildtech pvt. Ltd. Having its regd. Office at 19-e, pocket-iv, mayur vihar phase-1 delhi, floated a housing project known as “shubhkamna tech homes” at plot no. Gh05/b, sector 137, noida, u. P.

In 2016, I got a call from some agent Named Prafull. He knew me because I had taken the loan from Indiabulls and he was working there.

My son Milan Rawat booked a two room + study flat (D-2/B-6) in your Shubhkamna Advert Tech Home scheme Sector 137 Noida in May 2011. As per the builder-buyer agreement the flat must be delivered within three year s from booking date but I am sorry to say that the project is already laggard as per the stipulated time. I visited the site many times and most of the time I found that there is no work in progress or sometimes hardly few workers...
