Shyam Apparels Private Limited Complaints & Reviews

This company is total cheat.Have paid RS.3 lakh for 200 SQ Yards plot in Lake city in year 2010.No development at site, nor the registry has been done.No reply by staff.No body lifts phone in Jaipur office.Like me hundreds of customers have been cheated....

I had also booked two plots from shyam apparels pvt ltd, one is ' lake view' at savarda village, jaipur and second one at 'the aravalis' around bilochi jaipur.

Not able to connect with them over phone, their is no website of the builder.

Till date i have not received any positive reply from shyam apparels pvt. Ltd jaipur. Happy to see the people are thinking of coming together.

This is just an initial complaint to see if anyone else is feeling cheated by above said Real Estate Developer, his site is not at all updated and sometimes it is out of order.( www.shyamgroupjaipur.com )
