I had purchased an induction from a local shop having skyline as a brand.after 6 months it stopped working so I took it to the shop.the shopkeeper told me that it'll be done within a week.after a week I visited him today.now, he says customer care executive didn't come.i dialed the number mentioned on the brand's assistance information, it sounds switched-off.
I want to know why they publish and offer warranty when they can't keep...
