I purchased a flat from SMR builders. The flat is located at SMR Vinay Elegance, , Hyderabad. As per the agreement, they should have handed over the flat on June 2006. But they handed over the flat on October 2006 without Amenities. All the inside Work of the flat is Good Tiles flooring was Good and marbles had a Some cracks. We have been asking them to make the Marbles to Replace. They have been delaying the work Finally...

I am planning to buy a flat at SMR BUILDERS PVT LTD project named SMR Vinay SkyCity Ramanthapur, after seeing the complaints i am worried whether to go for this project or not,any buyers from this project please give me a advice whether everything is ok with the project no hidden things reg the project,because everything comes out after completion.

i completely dis aggree with you.
I stay in block 2A, VINAY CITY. i do not agree with your wrong opinion on this project.
the facilities in this project are excellent. in hyderabad there is no other project hane theese facilities.
we are enjoying cricket ground, swimming pool, shuttle court etc alot.landscaping is very attractive.
kids got enough playing equipments in the children...
