Commencing of illegal construction on our building (J-110, SRI DURGE APT, GALI NO -5, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI - 92) is being observed from today morning (Pl note that today is Saturday and next day is Sunday - all govt office is closed and Police will take no action as per Supreme Court Judgement) These are Local Building mafia and we common people can't go on direct confrontation, you know what I mean. I purchased a flat from SMR builders. The flat is located at SMR Vinay City, Miyapur, Hyderabad. As per the agreement, they should have handed over the flat on June 2007. But they handed over the flat on October 2007 with poor condition. All the inside walls of the flat is snacky and none of the corner finishing was straight, it was zig-zag.
