I was worked on this Softenger India Pvt Ltd company from last 2 years & assigned to me at client site HDB finance India Pvt ltd, i was submitted resigned 25.01.2024 as per company process i have served 2 month notice period so LWD is 23.03.2024

My issue is i was available 10 days of privilege leave in Softenger portal so i have applied for the privilege leaves 10 days on the portal but as...

We really need your intervention as they are not
No night allowance is given.
Adding employer contribution of pf in ctc.
No salary discussion done kavaljit batti ([protected]@softenger.com)
No overtime given.
Threatening if not working beyond shift
Paying too much low salary not even covering expenses
No cab facilities
No food allowance
Signing bond for 2 yrs...
