My Name is SurajKumar Sharma I worked with Spanco BPO in Reliable tech part unit as a Customer Care Executive. I had resigned from the company on feb 2013 because they were not providing leaves even after 6 months. I was supposed to get my full & final settlement amount within or in 45 days. I had spoken with the HR department several times but they always assured me that we will finalized your payment it will take time. Still their answer...
