I have got a call from sphere services about data entry. They have made a digital agreement without giving proper information now they are calling me to pay the amount of penality. I entered into an agreement with sphere services for online data entry work on 9th aug 2018. I had been provided 150 pages to be completed in 15 days, failing which i was supposed to pay a penalty amount of rs 6150/- first of all, the company provided me the incomplete details on phone regarding the work and somehow managed to take my signature on the agreement, which is totally looking fake. So they terminated my id and now they are asking for the money which is called as application fees and some nocs fees about rs 8400... And they are threatening me that they are going to file a case of fraud against me with the help of agreement... Just want to tell uhh all that this company is totally fraud. They called you up and explaining thier work with very friendly type of behaviour after generating our id and alloted the work they never picked our call this shows that the company sphere services is totally fake. I m also facing d same problem but i will surely taking an action legal action against this, will surely filed a case against this because...

Yah company logo se id lekar unke naam ke jhute agreement banati hai or fir unse pese mangati hai or nahi dene par court case karne ki bat karte hai ye, fraud company hai. Is company par jald action liya jaye or ise band kiya jaye. Yah logo ko mentally herramienta krti hai. I vibhor aggarwal got a home based from sphere services on 2/8/18 and got a deadline of 17/8/18 to submit the work. First of all they dint disclose the correct information about the project work. And the images which they gave for work were very unclear so i did the work according to that images now after submitting the work they r saying that u have spelling mistake and now asking for money... So i said ok jst give me ur physical address...

Sphere services gives the work to me but I didn't complete it because of spoiling my computer and they say pay the penalty and I had paid the penalty and I had paid for the aggrement cancellation the advocate say that you are free now and after some days they call me and said your file has been reopened and you you have to pay the the amount for it please solve my problem....
