I want to share splendid lake dew bangalore review as i personally stay here. I am a family man my father wanted a house where there is a lot of greenery as he is an asthma patient, my wife loved it as it was near to her office my kids were also happy as they got a park and summing pool to have fun and their school was also nearby. They have a good parking system and security. Really love splendid group they deliver what they promise....

I booked a flat at splendid group because my friend suggest that it is proficient builder in bangalore and it started so many ongoing projects. He explained about that builder so much. With that words i inspired a lot and want a home owner at splendid so i booked one apartment. They given me good quality apartment but it take a bit delayed for construction....

We have purchased flat in splendid elite in block d, as per construction agreement date the possession date mentioned is jan-2016, as of now the builder not handedover and the payment was done correctly, now when we asking compensation for per sqft, builder talking nonsense...
Pls dont buy any flats in elite, the construction quality is very poor, very low quality wood material, low quality walls, windows, wires

I am from splendid lake dews, we have purchased the flat aug-2015, i have observed that the builder is bad, he dont care customers, once booking and agreement is done, then you will payment notices

This is the first time of my life, I have bought a flat with Splendid Group and people where ware not professional in work. I would change everything; I shall to do it all over again. My sister and cousins also booked a 2BHK flat with Splendid Constructions and all three o[censored]s are not satisfied with our upcoming for booking flat. I would never recommend to anybody to go for without quality of work and service given by them. Splendid builders...
