I have purchased10 ssnnl bonds in year 1993. I have send the bonds in original at your office i.e. NARMADA BONDS SERVICES PAYMENT DEPARTMENT C-2476, SL-1 GURGAON-122009 for payment on[protected] by speed post . I have not received the full maturity amount, only a sum of rupees 42, 000 has been credited into my bank account through icici clearing on[protected]. kindly inform us the actual maturity amount of our bonds....

Bond maturity date: January, 2014 I have not yet received the redemption...

We have not received any communication from SSNNL about redemption of bonds in January 2009 . Now we received a letter asking for PAN details for redemption .

MY companit is why SSNNL delays redemption on the pretext od receiving original bonds. They should send the proceeds to investors without delay just as ICICI and IDBI do .without asking for certiificates They earn interst on delay of payments . They have no courtesy...

To inform u that i have not recd. the payment for the SSNNL DDbond 1995for the folio no-SN482527 for 1bond b'se the payment sent by SSNNL with incomplete account number through ECS mode, vide warrant no-48151, Ledger folio no-482527, Dtd:-10/1/09 to my banker OBC, Brabourne Rd. Br. Kolkata even after sending the correct a/cno vide redemption form.

The fault of SSNNL has been already pointed out to them vide the letter...
