I booked a ticket through Railyatri on 27th Dec 2023 which was in waiting, on 03th Feb that ticket was automatically cancelled and I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 465 as per Railyatri and IRCTC norms. The refund of Rs 465 was processed by IRCTC on 04th Feb to Stelling Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It's been no amount has been credited in my account yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful......
