My refund for a cancelled ticket has not been credited. The amount is 1200

Refer to the above details, i would like to inform you that, the cancellation amount has not been credited in my account yet.

I have checked with my bank and they informed that it is pending from irctc end. Kindly do the needful to process the refund immediately.
