I bought an apartment in stepsstone's mayura. There are lots of livelihood is available so it is very convenient to stay here. The only backlash is the road layed near the apartment. We struggle a lot due to the road's condition mainly in rainy season, other than that there is no compliant. Stepsstone is worst than a government office. After you book an apartment they will contact you only for payments. They will never complete the project. If at all they complete the project it is from your money only. They will invest you money for developing another project. The chain continues. They make fake demand, by saying only final 5 flat available, there by persuading customers to book the flats immediately. This appartment was sold by Stepsstone as gated community, but actually not. They bought soo many plots and sold this as gated community and raised the compound wal; amd stoppping public to use the path. Public is getting affected as the government path was converted into roads and compound walls raised to cover it...

One of the project named Krita, hand over was delayed 1.5 year, still all the major work is pending where family started to occupy.Quality of material used is very worst. if you ask them they will say they will fix the issue but will never turn up. Don't suffer by getting property from this builder...
