I had purchased one Teak Tree by my Name of Arvind Kumar RIKABCHANDJI on 31/08/1995 for Rs1775/- whose application number is J 535737 and Certificate number is K 14522
I have not received first Interim Return and Second Interim Return. After maturity the value was Rs.97500/- on 30/08/2015.

I have not received first Interim Return on 17/05/2002 Rs.1575/- and also not received Second Interim Return on 17/05/2008 Rs. 6500/- . After maturity the value was Rs.97500/- on 17/05/2016.

You are requested to return my all dues with interest ASAP.
