Street dog died infront of door, I can’t go outside. Please dispose it safely....

We are facing problem of street dogs,
due to which it is nearly impossible for us to live freely.
Children also are in danger because
They are really dangerous.
I urge you to plz take Immediate action regarding this as soon as possible....

Hi this is ansar residing at 14, topsia 2nd lane kolkata 700039 in my residence some dogs and her puppies are making a lots of terror and making the places untidy and unhygienic they are bringing all the outsiders garbage into the premises and climbing in the buildings at night.
They're pooping everywhere in the building making the places untidy and smelly not only that they scratches all the people's packets who ever is passing by...
