Street dogs Bark and Attack people at night and bite people and kids...

Dear sir,
We would like to inform you that our colony is infested with street dogs where they create nuisance and litter. Their numbers appeared to have increased recently. They fight among themselves and the noise they make is unbearable. At night it becomes difficult to sleep, children playing in the street are scared of these dogs. They didn't allow anyone to pass through the street. They bark and fight a lot creating so much noisy...

I am resident of trinagar, New Delhi 110035. For past few month there has been increased number of stray dogs and cases of dog biting here. These dogs bark all night leading to disturbance during sleep for the entire night. I was not able to sleep from past many days resulting into depression, not able to focus in studies . The same complaint coming from many other families living in the colony. Kindly look into this serious matter urgently...

STREET DOGS IN MY COLONY IS CREATING HAVOC IN OUR COLONY,ESPECIALLY AT NIGHTS AFTER 12 AM AND THIS IS DAILY ROUTINE. 8-10 DOGS BARK N BARK IN FRONT OF OUR GATES AND CAUSING SLEEPLESS NIGHTS.
