I have not yet recd the FD repayment from Roofit Industries Ltd. & Sun Earth ceramics Ltd. Case against Mr.Motwani is going on. Pls come forward & will take joint action against the defaulters and get our hardearned money

I had placed a Fixed deposit (FDR #2723) of Rs. 10, 000 with SUN EARTH CERAMICS LTD on 24-Feb-2001. The deposit matured on 23-Feb-2003. Inspite of multiple intimations to SUN EARTH CERAMICS, I have still not received the maturity amount.
Any help that your forum can provide for me getting back my money will be appreciated
