I have opted for S14 SBNPP Tax saver - (Open ended) - growth (14) - mutual fund from Sundaram Paribas.

In the month of July 2010 the SIP amount of Rs. 1000/- has been debited from my bank account, but the M[censored]nits are not credited by the SBNPP to my account.

Upon enquiry it was informed me that the reason was insufficient...

I HAVE SENT APPLICATION FORMS FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS, BANK DETAILS AND FORM FOR PIN ON 03/02/2010 BY SPEED POST (ARTICLE NO: EC[protected]IN). TILL DATE THESE DETAILS ARE NOT UPDATED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED LAST 2 DIVIDENDS . WHEN I CALL YOUR CALL CENTER THEY ASK TO CALL AFTER 2 WEEKS AND VERY IRRESPOSIBLE REPLY they GIVE. EXPECTING IMMEDIATE REPLY FROM them.

I downloaded and filled all forms for Sundaram bnp paribas SMILE fund and sent to CAMS service, Chennai.

After an week i got back the application form and a letter stating that, you not attached the SIP auto debit form so we are rejecting your application, please forward a new application.

I am not forwarded any forms further kept quite.
