I have forwarded my complaint to TMFL cust. care regarding my EMI debited double on my HDFC account, but I dindnt get any reply or feedback. Here is my complaint as under.

This is to inform you that I have taken Car Loan from Tata Motor Finance in January 2010, for which my EMI is Rs.8151/- .

My loan account no. is [protected]. I have paid all my EMIs till march 2011, ECS facility...

i have purchase a car (INDICA DLS 2006 modale second hand).I have due 4months installment for some personal money problem. The bank recover my car without any information before 4months ago (without any court order).they are not telling me any reason.(total due on me when recover my car is Rs.27300.00)and I have pay 4year installment regularly (sum of Rs327600.00 aprox).now I have only 12 installment for this car.
