I am suffering from this issue... I have completed their work but qc report fail.. Now demanding money rs. 5200+ 3000
Mail coming from advocates name sagar sharma & adv. K. R. Mane.. Recently i received a sms where it said tgar hard copy notice send in home address.
What to do?
Please suggest.

Sir mere paas tech sol company se call aayi thi online work k bare mein bataya tha unhone kaha tha ki aap up 10 din mein yeah kaam pura kar lete hain to aapko registration fees hata ke jo rashi e banegi woh aapko payment kar di jayegi main bhi isme company mein registration kar diya kisi e karan se mahan karya pura na ka shaka company ne mujhe a 10 din bad koi information nahin d 26 june 2019 ko ritesh rai k naam se mere paas mail aai jis...

Hello mera nam srinath sha hai maine tech sol company se agreement sing kiya tha par ek din kam karne ke badh pata chala ye jo data entry ka kam hai wo 10 din me complate nahi hoga to maine kam nahi karne ka socha or jab company ke employe se baat kiya to un hone kaha avi cancel karne ke liye 4000 penalty dena hoga tb apko noc milega maine 4000 diya mujhe noc v mila lekin aj fir ek advocate ka msg aya or kehne laga 8500 penalty varna hoga...

I got a data entry form filling job from tech sol company. The company staff who spoke to me did not say about payment conditions. I asked her that if i fail to complete job in 10 then what should i do. She said you can extend the days and need not pay anything for that. But after registration i got a mail that i have to pay 5200 for not completing the job. Then i got to know it is a fraud one. So i sent a mail that i dont want to do this....

Ki aap kaam krna chahte hy main bola pr mere pass laptop aur destop ni usne bola ki koi issue ni aap 4g phone se bhi kr skte ho... Tech sol had called me on 21st May saying they have a job of 1000 forms to be filled and payment will be 14, 800 rupees and if the work is not completed u have to pay 5200. I was doing the job but on the last day if figured they are not a legit company. I have informed this company that i am not able to do online data entry work in their terms and conditions on the same day they called me for work. They digitally signed an agreement on my behalf and now asking me to pay 5200 rs. they are calling me and harassing for the money and telling me that if i dont pay they will start legal proceedings on me. The company tech sol available over all job sites offers part time jobs which states that they pay rs.20, 000 for filling 1, 000 forms in 10 days. Hello sir, i also have faced from tech sol company .they said that i have to complete 1000 forms in 10 days out of 900 should be correct. They send me an email also with a 100 rs legal paper. Ibsaid that i might not be ablevto complete it on time as because i am having network issue so the girl who called me (ashwini ph no [protected]) said that if i cannot complete than i will get an extension but didnt mention about that for extension also...

I am also face problem with tech sol
They offer me data entry work for 1000 page in 10 days. When i complete it. He say you fail on your work, your 499 page is not correct. After this he say to pay 5200/- +1500+1050 (Maintenance and utility charge+lega+noc fees). He say if you pay then you free for all legal problems.
So l pay it (7750/-) and he give noc latter
After issue noc latter. He call me again...
