I placed an order the first week of October and as of this date have not received the dog harness. I call two weeks and was told I would receive it within 7 to ten days. I called today and was told the same thing. I told Donna that I wanted to cancel the order because I beleived that this company was a scam and that I will report this. She told me that it would take another 7 to 10 days to get a refund!!!

Product not delivered

I had placed an order for Ab King Pro almost 10 days back and they have yet not delivered it. When i call them on the number shown on TV they give me some customer service number. Though they take orders 24 hrs a day they say the customer service guys are there only from 10 to 6. I tried calling once and the number was constantly busy. I am finding helpless now....

I called to cancel order, they said they could not cancel it.. But yet it had a 6 week delivery period!
I was told when it arrives to mark it RETURN TO SENDER REFUSED. They wanted me to call
back to get some return number.I said no way I can never get anyone to talk to unless I have a half hour or more to sit on the phone and wait and I DO NOT!!

Very Poor Quality of product

I have just bought a Magic Bullet worth Rs.6000/- from the tele shopping company Telebrands. Along with that as an offer I also got Nicer Dicer.
