Government should not taking any action. Many times this company had cheated many person that are innocent. By mistakes i also cheated 2 times by this company. Exactly rs 178+221 had been stolen by this company.

I have placed an order (Order number 316500) on 08/16/2018 for a product. After that i have been continuously following up with them. They are not responding properly. I have sent multiple emails to them in regard of refund but no response yet.

I had odered from the site on 05/01/2019 and later after the payment is made, they told me that I get the coupon not original product.So i cancelles it immediately. They inform me, I will get that refund in between 6-7 days.Still they did not give the refund, after crossing Two months and Ten days. In between i called them many time but they did not take any action regarding this issue.

Since then still today, i haven't received my order.

The jtstore.com website says that they deliver the product in 7 days or refund the cash. I ordered 2 acs from their website orderid:1806655 and since there was no cod option so i had to pay the amount rs 50, 019/- online.
As soon as my order got booked i received an email from the site that they have received the amount, and order is under process.
Their website does not provides tracking of the order status so i waited for...

An order for philips steam iron gc1010 was placed under order no 1800776 on 23rd march against payment of rs970. The said company is neither sending the product nor send the refund. Made number of calls and sent mails but no response.

I ordered sony mdr - xb950 b1 on ear wireless extras bass head phones from the jt store online and paid rs.201 online on 29th nov 2018 ti be delivered at nagpur. I also downloaded their app to check status of order as they asked.

Till date the app is showing order processing and their phone mentioned on their website but no one is picking phone. This is a serious issue, thy should either deliver the product or refund my amount....
